OKKKKK So, it has been forever since I last posted, I feel like I say that a lot, but that is soon going to change. Right now I am in school, working 30 hours a week at Sbucks and trying to keep up two Etsy Shops. Needless to say I am a little tired! But there are hopefully some very good new things on the horizon! And fringe benefit of these things my schedule is going to free up a little! Yay! I am going to share all that goodness as soon as I have a definite with some of those things, promise! Anyways, I have been pretty much coveting every single new thing Modcloth has come out with lately but these are my absolute favorites! To purchase any of these gorgeous dresses click HERE.

Crush, Crush, Crush!

Oh my goodness, I am in love with Gregory Peck! He has got to be one of the best, most dreamy (which is always important) actors ever. He may be best known for his portrayal of Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mocking Bird, but my favorite character he ever played was Dr.Edwardes in Alfred Hitchcock's Spellbound. He was probably at his peek of dreaminess and of course did a phenomenal job playing that role as well. Now I will never let go of my love for adorable little Cary Grant, but Mr. Peck is def. trying to push him out of first place!

Typography

Oh my goodness this is bad I have not blogged in more then a week! We'll let me show you one of the things I have been working on... For Typography class I had to create a poster portraying a historically important figure in Typographic history. I choose John Baskerville because I really love his font (also called Baskerville). It is a super classic, beautiful type face, and I love it! For my poster I wanted to create images that were similar to the metal type used in old printing presses. Inside I put his name (in his own font) and and the bottom I put the name of his type face. Which is ironically the same thing (or not so ironically...), but I still like how it looks together. I actually enjoyed this project and really hope I get a good grade, fingers crossed!! Anyway, here is the final product...

P.S. How cute is the new design Anthropologie has done to their website, the bookstore is my favorite, check it out...

Seen It: Some Like It Hot

Oh my goodness this has to be the best Marilyn movie ever!! My mom, sister, and I loveeee this movie so much, it is def. our "girls night go to movie." Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis, are such a perfect match up!! The main story line is, Tony and Jack are two musicians in quite a sticky situation. While playing at a "club" one night they are involved in a police raid and are forced to flee the scene. When they arrive to steal a girlfriends car to get away they witness a shooting by a famous mobster. Now they must flee the wrath of the mob. In order to do so they join an all girls musical group donning full on ladylike disguises. Only problem is, there are some gorgeous, tempting ladies in this group including the beautiful Marilyn Monroe. What are two men fleeing the mob dressed up as women supposed to do? You will just have to watch and find out!

Featured Favorite: Anna Amphigorously Photography

Apologies once again, I know it has been awhile. This has just been a super tough semester and I am going to try my hardest to have a less action packed stressful one in the Spring. I am slowly but surely working on some really great things that I will eventually be able to share more about. One of those things being my vintage shop. I have come to realize that is what I love working on best and where most of my efforts will be going in the future. Anyways, on to the star of this post, Anna from Anna Amphigorously Photography. She is another young photographer who I love! I believe she is mostly self taught (my favorite kind of photographer). Her pictures are beautiful and dreamy and I could see her work in the pages of an Urban Outfitters catalogue, easy. To check out some more of her work click HERE.

P.S. If you follow me on Twitter you have already seen my profession of love for this song, but seriously is it not the greatest?!!
